Body Squats 3 sets of 8X

Side lunges 3 sets of 5X on each side

Calf raises 3 sets of 15X

Mental Fit Verse: Psalm 119:76 “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
