Prayer Focus: Psalm 37:4 says Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Pray today that you will take delight in the Lord.
Journal Focus: One of the basic and probably hardest things to do as a Christian is to turly turn from your own desires and turn to the promises of God. This struggle is detailed in the tale of the rich young ruler in the Gospel. Write today about some areas of your life where you need to “take the hand off the wheel” and turn things over to God
